Finally got around to pruning my Jewel Black Raspberries today. Its not to late to do you winter/early spring pruning. We should have several nice days this week for this early in March. I was able to get a little over a dozen new plants from the bed this year. I’ve got them all potted up so they can get rooted in well before the spring sales start. Was also working on potting up Heritage Red Raspberries, Hinnomaki red gooseberries, Invicta gooseberries, and tons of creeping phlox. Here is a great video from Indiana Berry that does a far better job explaining how to prune your black raspberries than I ever could.
